Bruno Serey

Bruno Serey is Advisory Partner, Paris Office.

Bruno focuses on executive searches as well as leadership assessment projects for technology & industry clients. As executive search professional, Bruno started as in 2005 with Spencer Stuart before co-founding Eiger International in January 2015. In the last 12 years, Bruno has led more than 180 searches & assessment projets in various technology areas both in industry (aerospace, electronics, semiconductors…) and services (telecommunications, engineering, software, IT …).

Prior to search, Bruno brings in 18 years of experience in technology as executive in multinational and private equity portfolio companies as well as management consultant. Bruno started his career as IT program director of a large C3I system for the French Navy, before joining McKinsey as engagement manager, serving technology multinationals from London and Paris. After that, he worked 9 years for THALES Air Traffic Management (as Managing Director in Australia) and for a family office (as CEO of Desamais Distribution).

Bruno has Master of Science degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). He lived 15 years overseas (in the UK, Australia, USA and Italy) and is fluent in English and Italian. From 2008 to 2014, he served on the board of the Ecole Polytechnique alumni association and is a certified Coach from HEC Executive Coaching.
