Céline Lion

Based in Dubai and Paris, Celine Lion is Managing Partner of our EMEA life Science practice, where she leads ou global Life science practice (healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices & diagnostics) as well as in Consulting, Marketing & Business development positions.

Celine has 18 years professional experience in pharma and biotechnology acquired through a variety of roles in Strategy and Business development, Marketing, Access, Pricing & Training in Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Over the last 7 years in the region, Celine has been building a strong understanding of the regional pharmaceutical industry talent needs & recruitment hurdles.

Prior to joining the firm, Celine was heading Marketing at Amgen for the Middle East-Africa region, which she started and strongly developed. Before relocating to the UAE, Celine worked for AstraZeneca & Amgen in France for over 10 years. She started her career at McKinsey as a consultant on worldwide projects in banking, transportation, pharma & government in both Brussels and Paris offices.

Celine holds a Master in Management from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, France). She is French and has been living overseas most of her career (in Europe, Asia and Middle East). Celine is involved in the HEC alumni GCC Chapter association, the McKinsey Alumni Community & the French Business Council Healthcare Committee.
