Géraldine Crampette

Géraldine Crampette is Managing Partner & Head of Consumer, Retail, Hospitality and Technology in our Paris office. 

In the last 10 years, Géraldine has led more than 150 searches for a wide range of clients, from leading worldwide companies to family businesses and private equity funds.

Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Geraldine worked for Korn Ferry since 2006. Before that, Géraldine has 8 years experience in operational roles at Nestlé and Carrefour.

Géraldine graduated from ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), and holds an MBA degree from ESSEC, in partnership with engineers schools. She has lived in the USA and in Asia.
