Grace Tay

Grace is based in our Singapore Office, where he laeds our Technology practice for South East Asia.

With 20 years of executive search experience, Grace is an early practitioner of cross-border searches in the Asia Pacific region, where se has many successful cross-region searches for both young start-ups as well as established multinational. Most recently concluded searches include MD, Indonesia for a global network vendor and Finance Director, China for a prominent NGO in the area of conservation.

Prior to joining the firm, Grace spent seven years with Morgan & Banks (currently known as Hudson) as the Team Leader for the technology sector. Grace is known for her strong delivery capability and high-quality consulting work with both clients and candidates and her extensive network in the technology, consulting and industrial industries.

Grace Tay holds a double degree in Bachelor of Communication (Cum Laude) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
