Luc Bachelerie

Luc Bachelerie is the founder & Managing Partner of our Dubai Middle East Office.

Luc focuses on Executive Search & Leadership assessment in the Aerospace & Defense, Transport and Energy sectors in Multinationals as well as local Conglomerates. He always strives to bring a very innovative and strategic approach to his clients.

Before joining the firm in 2015, Luc began his career in 1993 within Bouygues, a French leading construction Group, as commercial Engineer in Paris and then project manager in the Energy infrastructure Business Unit in South East Asia. In 2000, Luc started in HR consulting, first with Alexandre Tic, a Paris based Executive Search boutique firm, before joining Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career transition and leadership development firm as VP Business Development for France and then Europe. In 2008, Luc moved to the U.A.E. to kick-start the activities of a large Swiss recruitment and professional staffing group, which he significantly grew to a leading regional position in the Middle East.

Luc holds a MBA from the University of Brussels, an AMP from IMD in Lausanne and is auditor (61st session) from the French National Defense Institute (IHEDN). He is a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) - Middle East Chapter and has been ranked two consecutive years (2013 & 2014) in the Top 100 list of most influential Executives in the Middle East by Forbes Magazine. Luc is fluent in French and English.
