Patrice Defay

Patrice Defay, Co-Managing Partner & Head of Industry, Paris Office.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrice worked 20 years in recruiting in an International firm, both in Paris and in Shanghai, where he spent 3 years to start and develop the Chinese business. Although Patrice worked acress multiple industries, he has a deep experience in Automotive & Transportation, Defense & Aeronautics as well as Energy. Patrice developed a solid track record on candidates with engineering background aligned with structural companies’ transformation (Lean Manufacturing, Agility & Digitalization, technological innovation…).

Patrice holds a Master degree in Business Administration from ICN (Institut Commercial de Nancy), he speaks English and basic Chinese.
